Why settle for just family photographs? Help your child create a family sculpture with some colorful clay.

What you need:

  • Cardboard

  • Coloring materials

  • Tape

  • Toothpicks

  • Colorful clay

What to do:

  1. Hold the cardboard vertically and fold it in half

  2. Help your child draw and color a background for your sculptures.

  3. Once done, fold the cardboard at a 90-degree angle and prop the sides with toothpicks so it stays upright. You’ve now set the stage for your sculptures.

  4. Start building clay sculptures of your family. Use toothpicks for added support, if needed.
